OFFERED HERE IS A DIRECT VETERAN ESTATE ACQUIRED WWII GERMAN ZF4 RIFLE SCOPE.  THE PIECE HAS SURVIVED TIME QUITE WELL, SHOWING HONEST SIGNS OF USE, NOT ABUSE. THE BLUED SCOPE BODY SHOWS SOME MINOR FRECKLING FROM STORAGE. THE ADJUSTMENT KNOBS TURN EASILY. IT IS NICELY MARKED Gw ZF4 dow 31656, WITH A BLUE TRIANGLE. THE CAST MOUNT IS VERY NICE, THE LOCKING LEVER FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY. IT IS MARKED 4849 & EAGLE OVER 359. THE LEATHER COVER IS ABOUT AS NICE AS YOU COULD HOPE TO FIND. ...THE OPTICS ARE NOT CRYSTAL CLEAR, THEY LOOK ABIT CLOUDY, PERHAPS THEY NEED A CLEANING. OVERALL, A RARE RIG, AS FOUND AND UNMESSED WITH.
