This is a lovely antique 29" German bisque Simon Halbig/ Heinrich Handwerck doll that is so beautiful! She is marked, "Germany Simon Halbig Heinrich Handwerck". She is a lovely bisque doll with pierced ears and faux gold dangling earrings. She has beautiful sleep eyes and a lovely wig of human hair with long ringlets hanging down. Her shoes are exquisite antique white leather with lovely original bows! One sole has a worn hole (she has just walked too many miles!) She wears a lovely wh...ite antique dress, slip, and pantaloons. The dress has some tears here and there and on the sleeves, the main tear is on the side front under her waist. Her pantaloons have a significant stain on one side. One of the neatest things about her is her gorgeous, gorgeous shoes! Her bisque head is in overall very good shape with a few small wig pulls at the back rim and a very small chip at the back rim. There is glue remnant from her wig on the back. Her body is marked, "Heinrich Handwerck" and "5 1/2" and is in overall good shape. She has all her fingers. There is wear to one knee and some toe chipping on her big toe. She has a small crack on one side under her arm and some heel chipping as well. She has some composition cracking on her rear end. Otherwise, her body is very much intact. Her face has a scuff on one cheek. She has all her teeth and her wax on her eyelids is intact. If she had eyelashes, they are no longer present. No hairlines or cracks in her bisque head. She is such a sweetie and a great, fun size to accessorize! She will be packed with great care for shipping and fully insured.
