Up for bid is a very rare group of 9 very rare genuine, natural, uncultured freshwater pearls from the Mississippi River! These pearls were found decades ago in freshwater mussels in the Mississippi River! These wonderful wing shaped pearls measure in length from 9.15mm to 7.5mm. This is a wonderful jewelry lay out for a custom piece of jewelry- this would make a wonderful flower pin/brooch, similar to the famous Tiffany chrysanthemum pin! Two of these already have 1/2 ...drill holes. VERY RARE AND VALUABLE! This would make a great addition to a natural history, shell, or gem collection!
