Rare Vintage MONDIA Bullhead Chronograph Wristwatch. Silver Plated and Stainless Steel. Manual Winding Chronograph Movement Caliber Valjoux 7734. Steel Bracelet. Made in Switzerland. Circa 1970's
Movement: Manual hand-winding chronograph. Caliber Valjoux 7734. 17 jewels. 18000 A/h. Showing the Valjoux hallmark below the balance wheel, marked “7734”, and “Swiss”.
Dial: Shading matte silver to light blue (factory original). Applied silver hour indexes. Minute/seconds divisi...ons. Outermost Tachymeter scale. Silver and luminous hands. Red sweep center seconds hand for chronograph. Two blue registers (sub-seconds at 6, and 45 minutes register at 12 o'clock). Aperture for Date at 3 o'clock. Signed “Mondia, 17 Rubis, Incabloc, Swiss Made”. Case: Silver plated, two body, "Bullhead" shaped. Acrylic crystal. Hooded lugs. Steel crown at 12 o’clock. Steel round buttons at 11 and 2 for chronograph functions. Stainless steel screw-down back, marked "Mondia, A, 10 ATM, 93204, Stainless Steel Back, Shockresistant, Waterresistant, Antimagnetic”.
Dimension: 46 millimeters lug to lug (49 mm with crown) x 41 millimeters (widest section).
Bracelet: Stainless steel bracelet, with deployment extendable clasp.This watch fits in wrists up to 6.49” inches circumference (165 millimeters), and 6.77” inches (172 millimeters) using the whole clasp extension.
