Stowa RLM Very Rare German WWII Military Wrist Watch Circa 1940s
Up for sale is a rare trophy of wwii times - Stowa RLM military circa dated 1940s, German produced. Inspite of Swiss watches hinged with DH signs, this is more seldom to meet item, it’s fully German produced with German made movement from an old manufacture Pforzheimer Uhren-Werke, cal. PUW500.
German brand Stowa was found by Walter Storz in 1927yr in Herrenberg, Germany. In the middle of 1930s, the manufacture be...came a major vendor of Wehrmacht, creating a line of supernova instruments of time for Luftwaffe & Kriegsmarine. While of that time of the WWII, Stowa brand most recently had a business in the sphere of producing fuses & timers for, but the watches themselves were purchasing by order in Switzerland. However at the end of a war the financial assets of Reich became scarce and the German industry came back to producing their watches. Now, the Stowa brand is still existing, functioning good & still manufacturing remarkable watches.
As you can see from our description photos the item has a nice saved & sound condition for collection. Prior opening the auction all needed preparations were done to this watch. Now, it’s fully serviced & it keeps just excellent time.
