US Navy SEALs in Vietnam were tasked with attacking Communist piers, sampans, and junks in the effort to halt VC/NVA waterborne infiltration in the Mekong Delta. Their orders were: "Win the Delta, Come Hell or Low Water", and they did. Those elite combat swimmers trained for and often performed their dangerous missions in reversible blue to gold dive T-shirts, and those classic Ts continued to be worn by SEALs into the 1980s. This US Navy SEAL TEAM "THE ONLY EASY DAY WAS YESTERDAY!..." REVERSIBLE DIVE T-SHIRT is in excellent condition, with only some light scattered fading and age wear evident (ALL pictured). Otherwise, the T-shirt is in excellent shape, with absolutely no rips, holes, tears, or other damage to the thick, tough 100% cotton construction. Most interestingly, it's fully reversible from navy blue to gold, bears the classic "Trident" insignia printed in gold at the left chest, above "SEAL TEAM", and carries "THE ONLY EASY / DAY WAS / YESTERDAY!" emblazoned in matching gold across the upper back. The T-shirt sports a crew neck and short sleeves, measures to approximately a Size 36-38 chest, and is unmarked as to its maker. It dates to the 1980s, and is a beautiful example of a very rare, original US Navy SEAL TEAM "THE ONLY EASY DAY WAS YESTERDAY!" REVERSIBLE DIVE T-SHIRT. Now celebrating our 20th year on eBay.
