Original Vintage R Atkinson Fox Oil on Canvas Painting , signed in lower left corner " R. A. Fox " . R Atkinson Fox is a well-listed illustrator artist (1860 - 1935 ) who sometimes signed his paintings " R. A. Fox " . The canvas size is 36 " x 24 " , overall frame size is 42 " x 30 " , framed in the original heavy gold / rope frame . The frame is not perfect , but still displays nice .
This is a very ...nice landscape scene with a waterfall and stream , trees , three cows , and a pathway .
The condition is not perfect and would benefit from a cleaning , but still not too bad as is . I have this displayed in my home and have received many nice compliments . This has had some older restoration work done ( see photo # 6 ) and check out all TWELVE photo's for condition of painting . I am selling this as is , but still this displays not too bad .
This is large and heavy for insured shipping ( 25 lbs. ) and if shipping is less , I will refund the difference .
