French Antique Carved Walnut Armoire/Cabinet Doors W/Beveled Mirrors

This is a pair of French Antique Carved Cabinet Doors with beveled glass mirrors. They are carved from walnut with intricate patterns as the photos show. The carvings appear to be a neo-Renaissance or Renaissance Revival style. They come with a working key and lock and over all are in excellent condition for their age. There are a few small chips around the edges and a bit of a chip out of the left door shield carving on its right upper corner and a small piece m...issing on the front of the right side door moulding on the front bottom. They still have what we assume are the original hinges. Our guess is that they once adorned an armoire type of cabinet. (Along with the two larger doors we found a pair of smaller matching carved doors which are also listed on eBay and our suggestion is that they all be purchased together.) The larger doors measure 31.5 inches to the highest point and 28.25 inches to the lower point. They are 14.25 inches wide. Together the doors weigh over 12 pounds. Doors such are these are very versatile for decorating. These are so unusual with the beveled glass mirrors on the bottoms. They look stunning simply hung on a wall and even better on a custom cabinet, possibly a medicine cabinet in a French accent powder room; Possibly a locked jewelry cabinet in a lady's boudoir. Please look them over and use your imagination for how they would compliment your own decorating. We can ship them quite economically on UPS and recommend packaging each one separately to reduce any chance of damage in shipping to the fragile carving and beveled mirrors. We accept returns within 30 days for any reason but these will not likely ever be returned.
