Vintage Royal Copenhagen Aluminia Tranquebar Blue And White 2 Inch Salt And Pepper Shakers Set of 2 Shakers.Nice vintage condition age unknown.Tranquebar pattern named after the Danish colony in India.Pattern designed by Christian Joachin in 1914.Manufactured in the Aluminia faience factory by Royal Copenhagen.Shakers measure approximately 2 inches tall.Have seen some of these 2 inch shakers described as "pepper pots".Rubber stoppers have some discoloration and cracking in the rubber (...see photos # 6, 7, 8).Small hairline crack on bottom of 1 shaker where the rubber stopper sits (see photo # 5).Made in Denmark.
