For items that can be shipped via Greyhound Package Express, you must be able to pick up the item at your local Greyhound bus station upon delivery. We are only able to ship Greyhound if the time is less than $1, 000 per package. All items are insured with Fedex, UPS, USPS and Greyhound. Please contact us for a quote! All damage items Claims with FedEx, UPS, USPS and Greyhound will require photos of the exterior, interior packing, photos of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item. Please do not discard and packaging materials or items, since the carrier may have to pick it up for their claims review. If in doubt.... Call for a Damage Tag Pick Up immediately.
