This is a vintage 1920's 14K white gold A. Lecoultre ladies watch. It has 15 jewels. The case is about 1 7/8" plus the lugs by 5/8" and has a sapphire on the stem. The hands are a sort of reddish coppery color in the light. Condition is very good, it is running and keeping time now but when trying to set the time it seems you can mostly only go counter clockwise, sometimes doing it the correct way it will only go a little bit. The dial has some wear, mostly around the edges but it can ...be seen in the 5th photo. It has not been cleaned or serviced so there is no guarantee. A great gold watch by a prominent maker.
