Selling a very rare Roosevelt License plate topper. Measures 12" wide.
Plate is in very good condition but does show signs of it's age. There is some minor buckling/bending on the plate as well as some minor scratches but there are no signs of rips/cuts/tears, extra holes, or signs of corrosion holes.
