28" Toodles is adorable with her flirty eyes that follow you where ever you go! She needs some TLC. She has damage to the heel of her left foot. She needsome cleaning and could use a re-touch of face paint. Her crier is not working and needs to be fixed or replaced. Her left arm doesn't hold a pose too well. She has scratches and scuffs on her legs. She has rooted hair with no signs of hair loss. She is a drink and wet doll. She would make a great restoration project! She needs a good ...home!
