This antique Georgian silver cream or milk jug stands 105mm (4") high to the top of the handle x 110mm (4.25") handle to spout and weighs 101 grams or over 3 troy ounces. It is fully hallmarked for solid English sterling silver London 1801 with the makers mark William Hall. It has attractive Georgian dot and bright cut engraved decoration around a central oval cartouche with the contemporary initials EJ and is in good antique condition with good detail to the engraving and is ready for... use and display and sold with no reserve.
