Shirt comes as is. It is obviously used and has been in storage. Was recently gently washed and not thrown in dryer after closet removal. I cannot find any major rips or tears and seems to be in a good overall condition. It has a very small hole under the D of Dream in the front about 2 inches down (see picture). I also took pics of as many spots I could find on the shirt. Size is XL and is the Giant brand. Additional pics upon request
