This auction is for an original, vintage 1960’s (63-66 most likely) Fender Showman 2x15 Speaker Cab with tiltback legs. Cabinet is equipped with two original JBL d140f 15” speakers in excellent shape. Cab and speakers are very clean and function as they should. Sounds beautiful! Cabinet is 4 ohms, two 8-ohm speakers wired in parallel, so this is obviously for a dual Showman head or similar. A Fender Bassman head sounds great with it, too. The black tolex covering and grill cloth ha...ve been replaced and the some of the hardware, such as the tiltback legs, are new replacements.I was contemplating removing the speakers and selling them separately because they are so desirable, so if you are interested in the speakers or cab by themselves let me know and I may be willing to separate the speakers from the cab.The cab is large and heavy, so understand that shipping costs will be high.
