VINTAGE 1970 Remco Mighty Casey Ride On Train Engine Locomotive READ

The handle bar is missing a handle (see pic 4-5) and possibly a spring as it does not rotate the wheels. There is a 1 inch surface crack on the seat (does not go through) and I cannot get the red panel that covers the engine to snap into place (only one side snaps in - see pics 1-3).
This is battery operated. We do NOT have the charger. I have not rode this in years and have no idea if... the battery is still good.
Overall, the train is Solid. The wheels that are supposed to move/spin, do so freely and the two friction wheels move as well.
We are selling this AS IS, for a reduced price.
