DescriptionThis is a great mantel that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian.It is made of oak and is unpainted.The upper shelf is supported by small spindles and brackets.The lower shelf is curved and supported by tall thin brackets on the legs.There are raised panels on the breast.The upper corners have carved fans.Measurements are 57 inches wide. 49.25 tall and 10.5 deep.The opening is 41.5 inches wide by 36 tall.
Overall, it is in fair condition. There ...are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. One of the spindles holding the upper shelf has loss. The outside legs had small shelves but they are missing. Please look at the pictures carefully. Ref: 61907
