Westmoreland Jadeite Glass Hen on Nest Candy DishMade in Grapeville Pennsylvania USA ; factory has been shut down since 1984Features a very pretty jadeite green on both pieces. Small feathers on neck, split tail, and lots of detail. Nest basket piece has basket weave design, and beaded edge, and a cross on the bottom with a stacked "W" and "G" symbol, which indicates production between the late 1940's and 1982. Measures 5 1/2..." across x 4" wide x 5" tall (to top of tail)The (2) inside markings are a circled "Westmoreland" with III in the middle. Very rare color/glass designMint condition, No flaws.Collectors piece.Very nice
