Vintage ladies’ Longines wristwatchmade in 1967. Mechanical (requireswinding) movement. 5/8” (16 mm) round 14K yellowgold case, with 14K yellow gold clasp-type band. Unique “Equestrian” design, with stirrup-likemounts for the band. It has a white facewith twelve Arabic numerals – no second hand. The movement has 17-jewels, and the serial number is 14467311 480 – indicativethat it was made in 1967. There are novisible scratches on the cryst...al, and light scratches on the case back. A 2013 appraisal reported that the case andband contain 13.3 dwts 14K gold. Thewatch runs and keeps accurate time. However, the watch is over 50 years old, and may eventually requireservice, adjustment, or repair. I havenot seen a similar watch for sale anywhere. It is an elegant watch at a competitive price.
