This is a jaw dropping beautiful necklace. Original 1920s Era Amethyst/Plum Czech Glass beaded Necklace. 34" Inches Length (Opera). Each glass bead is hand silk knotted. The 34" inch length strand has small amethyst round beads and accented with faceted cut barrel beads. The Large Amethyst Glass Hand Cut Prism droplet is 1" 3/4. The faceted cuts and weight of the glass can be felt when handling the necklace. It is one Stunning Piece. It is Original Ar...t Deco Heirloom! The Amethyst "plum" Glass is just such a rarity as well as the long 34" inch length. The quality stands out in this piece!!! The necklace is in excellent condition! With eye loop you can see very small tiny tiny chips in the glass with the> (loop only) from the age of the piece in a few of the smaller beads. It is in outstanding condition!The color is so beautiful I tried to capture it is in photos using with flash and without.
