Car Badge: Vintage USA Political Roosevelt Donkey License Plate Topper Car Badge Emblem
Condition: Metal with a reflective finish that has gone wavy over time, but is still firmly attached. Some of the lettering finish has some wear and the silver finish on the metal has wear on the front and rear as seen. Not sure if the metal had a bare finish or silver paint originally, but there is silver paint in places on this topper.
