This auction includes a hard to find vintage H. H. Scott type 121-B dynaural vacuum tube equalizer / preamplifier in fully restored and tested condition. This is one of the most desired tube preamplifier among the mono music listening enthusiasts. This preamplifier has been recapped and any out of tolerance resisters have been replaced. All of the controls were cleaned with electrical contact cleaner and all of the tubes were recently tested and they all tested strong. As the photos sh...ow, this vintage preamplifier is very clean for its age. All of the knobs (on both the front and back) are original and the entire face of this preamplifier still looks fantastic with clear lettering. The power cord is still in good shape and is not brittle. This preamplifier is in great working condition. You would have a very hard time finding another one of these relatively rare preamplifier in such outstanding condition.
