This is just about as good as it gets. This set is 100% complete with everything accept blueprints and file card. Comes with a minty looking Cutter driver that I would call mint but one of his knees is loose. None of the doors on the vehicle are broken and all work correctly. The mounts for the rockets are complete and unbroken in any way so the rockets point and stay in any direction. One of the cannons does not like to stay up and is loose but as you can see if you play with it a bun...ch you can get it to display in the up position as I did for these photographs.The ship has all 4 of its wheels on the bottom so it rolls around nicely. The stickers are really nice and look like they were carefully applied. The ship does have a couple small blemishes but nothing offensive. The fan blades are mounted and work perfectly. The life boat does not seem to launch but it all looks unbroken and I might just not be doing it right. The boat does mount like it should under the hull. The Fan vanes are all there but two of them are broken apart and in need of repair. Please see pics. Overall this is a pretty impressive set. It is very hard to find the fans working and unbroken. Also very hard to find the rocket mounts tight and unbroken. I hope this set makes you as happy as it has made me.
