Click images to enlarge Description This is a rare and wonderful thing and not something that should be lying forgotten in an armoire - it needs to be used! And what luxury to have this on your bed - it's the perfect thing for hot summer nights; a truly glorious sheet.
Central monogram of the letters AD and acres of exquisite ladderwork decoration, all stitched to the very highest standards. And again, that lovely little drawn thread detail to the bottom hem that is only found on the very best of the best.
Unused pure linen with the "fleur bleue toile pur lin" quality mark stamped along the selvedge. This and the faint blue stencil marks around the monogram will wash out in about 3-4 washes. The linen is a sandy cream colour which will lighten as the sheet is laundered.
Smooth weighty pure linen that will be simply gorgeous to sleep under but would also make a delightful curtain - it'll fall beautifully and filter the light to perfection. It's such a wonderful piece.
This sheet is unused and has never been laundered. Very well stored with just faint storage marks on the outside fold lines and the front. These will fade out as the sheet is soaked and washed before use.
