Thank you for your interest in this quality road bike fork. There are minor surface marks and scratches from storage and handling. The original owner received this fork with his frame and replaced it prior to the bicycle build. The fork drop outs have not had a wheel installed. The 1 inch steel steerer is cut to 196mm.
