Up for sale, Gay 90's Cyclist wind up toy.
Made in Japan by TPS 1955.
Made of tin and fabric.
Approx. 7" tall.
Condition:
The toy is not working properly. 
The wind up works and the bell rings but it always stops when put on the surface and falls to the left.
Some general wear and scratches.
Overall, in very nice display condition.
