~*~Hello and Welcome to the Textile Trunk~*~A charming fabric ~ This lovely fabric is a Vintage French printed linen and cotton blend textile dating to circa 1910 to 1920. ~ This fabric has charming scenes of an archer, a musician serenading a woman, a lordly looking couple riding and a scene with couples promenading outside a castle! It would be wonderful for book makers, who could use the different scenes on the covers! The ground is a warm tan or beige tone and the... pattern colors include: red, green, blue, dark aubergine, brown and gray. ~ This fabric is a medium to heavy weight and has a slightly stiff feel as if starched. Unused, unwashed as found! The edges are all cut, some unevenly. ~ Wonderful for creative projects or reproduction! ( FF24 ) ~*~
MEASUREMENTS : This fabric measures about 64 inches long by 14 inches wide, please note the uneven edges. ~
CONDITION : This lovely fabric is in as found condition , unused with light storage dust. There are small holes, tears and thin spots on this textile, and a larger tear near the top and on the short bottom edge and long uneven right side edge. This textile is a bit faded as well. Ideal only for someone who could cut around the damage for collage, sewing etc. Condition reflected in the price. ~*~ ~
