DESCRIPTION:A basement rafter find.Heddon #3000 Spin -Diver. Front propeller is marked HEDDONS DOWAGIAC in script. The lip is marked SPIN DIVER.
Finish colors, where still visible, are a dark gray base upper body that has a top coat of red scale? in a black field. The bottom is a cream/white.
Eyes are glass. Hardware and size 1 hooks appear to be o...riginal to the piece.
CONDITION:
Items are in as found condition. Gentle cleaning may be done to allow for inspection and photographing.
A used lure in fair to good condition no box. This lure had to be gently cleaned to remove years of accumulated dust and "mouse stuff".Finish is rough however, there may be enough remaining to identify the color pattern. there is a visible scratch on one side. the hardware appears to be original and in good condition for its age. The Lip does not appear to have any rust but, shows signs of finish loss on the underside. The propeller is showing its age and has finish loss as shown in the photos. The glass eyes are complete and in fair condition. One has a surface blemish on the dark center spot and the other has a crack.Questions are welcomed. (please see photographs)
