A nice commercial steamer that works fine , heats up quick, no water leaks, but has minor cosmetic blemishes like a scratch on the back side where the thermostat knob is that would not be facing out to the public. And the bun basket is missing. Any metal basket that fits in it will do, until you find one on eBay ; )~ without the basket, the buns on the bottom will bake to the bottom of the compartment, and possibly stick to the metal. I kinda cleaned it, but not thoroughly. Could use a... little more detailed cleaning, although it’s pretty clean now, but years in storage has a way of making it (not like new). I was told that this unit was a spare unit back in the day that was only used for events outside of the store, like catering events and fundraising events. I filled the base with water according to the directions, and it was steaming up inside very quickly. Works fine. The lids all line up nice with no dents or bends, and they fling open, and slam shut nicely. Please view the pictures thoroughly and zoom in for a close look. Great for your food cart, deli or bodega, or even your home for those pool parties that turn into drinking parties.
