You are viewing my 1960 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible built model. It was built and owned by well known NJ drag racer Joe Saltalamacchia Jr. Aside from being a very good drag racer he was a master modeler. He built this car when he was 11 years old. Not sure brand of car, does not say on the chassis. Very nice blue paint job. Hood does not open. No engine. Joe cut the driver door to open. Nice custom touch. Also did in...terior with the felt available at the time. Very nice wheel and tire combo.
Joe passed away in 1979 at the age of 29. His models were put away in boxes. The model is in nice clean condition. Can rebuilt to your taste or proudly display as is. Either way it is a time warp piece that does not come available every day. It is a great example of how an 11 year old expert model builder would customize a car back in the day. Will pack very carefully. Please review photo's carefully. Being sold as is with no returns or refunds. Thank you for looking.
