The measurements were carried out on an installation consisting of a powerful stabilized power supply UIP-2, power supply B5-7, digital meters (class 0.5) V7-22A, Shch4300 and precision voltmeter class 0.2 M2020. The measurements were carried out not at one point, but the entire anode-grid characteristic was taken at the passport value of the anode and filament voltages. According to the current-voltage characteristic, its slope was calculated.
The currents of the first and second anodes with: Ua=90VUh=6.3VAnode currents with bias voltage minus 0.5 VParameter measurement and steepness characterization were carried out in MAY 2019. MEASUREMENT RESULTS ARE SUSTAINABLE AND STABLE.
