offered here is this wonderful art nouveau pewter card tray depicting a full length figure of an art nouveau maiden in a flowing gown with each strand of her long hair clearly defined, produced by the much sought after wmf factory in the art nouveau jugendstil secessionist era of around 1900 at the same time as the other german firms of, wmf, kayserzinn, osiris and orivit were producing similar pieces of art nouveau pewter, in england liberty & co were producing the... tudric range of pewter ware based on the designs of archibald knox, produced in around 1906, it is in a polished condition with absolutely no loss of detail to the maidens features or the stylised floral spray, marked to the back with the design number 290 plus wmf ox there is some light tarnish , overall condition should be considered as superb and a wonderful display piece measuring just over 12" across, any questions please send an e-mail and I will get back to you.we are happy to accept payment by cheque or bank transfer
