I was told item is in working condition, but wore strip is disconnected (as pictured) also needs ink.

Also please realize, if you are buying a collectible, it may be shipped in a bubble envelope (with care). If this is unacceptable to you, please message us prior to purchase and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Baseball hats will never be shipped in an envelope. We do or best to ship everything with excellent care.
