Vintage tin litho friction Hot Rod fuel altered type dragster car with piston action complete with driver made in Japan by Sankei Gangu Kogyo Toys in the 1950's -1960's.
In used condition with nicks and scratches here and there throughout. Missing a hub cap or wheel cover from the left front wheel. Front axle has repair on each side with tiny wires securing the axle and holding it together (hard to detect). Please refer to photos for more details. The friction motor is in work...ing condition with some grinding noise. The piston action movement along with the fan turning performs as it should when rolled along. The symbol K is inscribed in a circle trademark at rear on left side. License plate reads HR 1058. The car measures approx. 8 inches long. The car was influenced by the early history of drag racing. Very cool car that you do not see often!
