1974 Raleigh Professional 22 1/2" Frame (or 55cm X 55cm as c-c) . Beautiful silver and black with gold lug lining was a one year only colorway, 1974. This was one of the first production bikes with Campagnolo brakes and rear 6 speed as standard (126mm rear). Brampton-Victor shot in fastback rear stays. Fully sloping and chromed fork crown--so elegant! The 'CC' cut out bottom bracket is a hallmark of these bikes. Campagnolo dropouts.
Great rid...ing bike, I have one and rode it in Eroica CA.Iconic even to this day. Paint is useable, original, and good for it's age, Raleigh decals also good with a mere shadow of the '531' stickers both frame and fork, as they were always fragile. Two small dings on the top tube behind the sticker--see last pic, but really no effect on frame. But Chrome looks really nice however. Non-original basic headset.
Packed with foam tubes on frame and forks/stays blockedCondition is Used but chrome is very NICE.
