Offered here is a rare and original Dedham Pottery Arts & Crafts period 6" plate in the MOTH pattern. It has rich blue color, nicely detailed artwork and tight, uniform crackle. The condition is EXCELLENT: blacklight tested and NO issues. The bottom has the pre-1929 blue stamp and a single incised rabbit as well as an old price tag of $650 which wasn't that crazy at the markets peak! In fact, there is another moth plate, same size and same period with a price $200 HIGHER than ...my asking price. An especially nice example of this rare pattern.
