The listing is for a Rare & Huge Chinese Shiwan Flambe glaze Jar and original lid. Finely moulded in the form of a giant peach, Longevity characters to centre and Shoulau immortal lid. Enamelled with Flambe glaze to body. Base with character mark. Dating early 20th Century.

In very good overa...ll condition, small superficial chips to top rim of jar and rim of lid (see pictures), firing cracks to interior (from kiln, only visible to interior), one firing crack to base is filled ((from kiln, only visible to interior). minor firing imperfections during manufacture as expected, see pictures for full details.
