Description This is a Fenton Topaz Vaseline Rib Optic Hand Painted Vase. It measures 9 1/4" tall. It still has the sticker attached and it is signed. It is in excellent condition. Return Policy All items are sold AS IS. We offer a 30 day return policy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. The only exception is if there was a notable discrepancy in the item description. Refunds can be approved ONLY when the item is returned and in the same condition as sold. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt and be pre-approved by St Vincent de Paul of Washington County. We have the right to decline a return/refund if the 30 day period has passed. PLEASE NOTE: We regret that we cannot refund charges for shipping provided by USPS, or other carriers which are not part of St Vincent de Paul of Washington County. Seller will not be responsible for any damage caused either during or after shipment. If an item is returned unclaimed or not deliverable, the buyer will be emailed and allowed 7 days to pay additional shipping charges for us to resend the item.
