This listing is for a "The Addams Family Haunted House (1995 Polar Lights Model Kit #5002)".  It is in unused condition. 
The cellophane has been removed from the outside of the box, and the inner, factory sealed, kit bag has been opened.
I've gone through the instructions and each piece has been identified, accounted for, and all are present/included.
Four pieces have fallen off their sprues and have been placed in a plastic baggie in the kit box.
