Vintage Indian Chief Transmission Case Has Been Repaired 1947

I am cleaning off my shelves of the remains of an old rail frame midget race car project. I was going to power it with an Indian Chief motor. I have sold the rail frame midget, so all the Indian parts must go.
Please note........I am not an Indian expert and I may not call some pieces by their correct name. Please look carefully at the pictures and be guided accordingly.
This is an Indian Chief bare transmission case. It does have one bearing still in it. Please note repair...s to mounting brackets. Welds look good and should only need to be ground down and finished. Also I noted a very small hairline crack on another mounting tab. The note on a tag when I bought it also says "right side bushing loose in case".
