Up for sale is a rare pair of Baigish-20 Russian night vision goggles. They come with two batteries, a charger, and a metal carrying case. These were designed for military use, and honestly I can't find too much information about them online. They do work though; the Gen 1 photomultipliers in these goggles are good for moonlit nights, or for use with an IR flashlight. The focusing mechanism on the goggles works and operates smoothly, and the head straps are in great condition. They're ...not the most comfortable goggles in the world, but it's pretty easy to adjust them for varying head shapes and operate them in the dark.
The charger works, and it comes with an adapter to use with US wall plugs. I couldn't find any documentation on how to know when the batteries are fully charged, but there are some lights on the charger to let you know when it's charging. The batteries themselves look terrifying by modern standards, but I've tested both and they seem to work fine.
The metal case has seen better days. The foam and styrofoam interior padding is falling apart and pretty gross. I've cleaned up a good portion of it, but its efficacy as padding is long gone. The charger is secured by leather straps that are in good condition. The case itself is bent slightly inward on one side, but it still opens and closes without issue.
I am no expert on night vision, and wasn't able to find much information on these particular goggles, but I'd be happy to answer any questions about them.
