This is a collection of 11 bunches of antique/vintage millinery flowers. They are in very good, unused vintage condition. These are in the tiny, small and medium size ranges. They range in size from 3/6" to 1.5" in diameter. I have used a dime in the pictures as a size comparison. There are approximately 232 flowers and 22 leaves. Nine of the leaves are velvet (picture 5) and three are leather (picture 9). These are from several different count...ries. Three of the bunches have their original labels of origin. They are in pictures 6 & 7 (Japan) and in picture 9 (Germany). I believe most of the others to be from Japan. This collection has rosebuds, roses, clover and forget-me-nots. Picture 2 has 3 open roses in violet and faded pink and 3 small clumps of blue forget-me-nots with 5 flowers in each clump. There are 6 leaves in this bunch. Pictures 3 & 4 are bunches of rosebuds ( 3/8" - .5"). Picture 3 shows 12 pale pink buds, and picture 4 shows 12 buttery yellow buds. Picture 5 is a bunch of 6 wild roses in ombre shadings of pink with yellow stamens made up of tiny seed-size particles. The roses are the deepest shade of pink near their centers. There are 3 sizes of roses - 2 are 1.5". 2 are 1.25", and 2 are 1". There are 9 small velvet leaves in the bunch. There are 2 bunches of clover in pictures 6 & 7. There are 9 flower heads in each bunch, with multiple layers, measuring 1" in diameter. Picture 6 shows aqua clover and picture 7 shows violet clover. Picture 8 shows a bunch of 4 tan rose buds and 7 tan wild roses with multiple red tipped stamens. The buds are the same size as the ones in pictures 3 & 4. The wild roses (or maybe they're fruit blossoms) are about 1" in diameter. There are 6 leaves with 3 brown "pithy" knotted stems. Picture 9 is a bunch of 5 leather rosebuds in hot pink on a cream field with 3 long, slender leaves that are the same coloring. These are form Germany. The roses measure around 1.25" in diameter, and the leaves are 2" x 7/8". Picture 10 is a bunch of 10 hot pink roses, measuring .75" - 1.25" in diameter. Six of the roses are closed, and 4 are opened out enough to see the yellow composition stamen inside. Pictures 11 & 12 are forget-me-nots. Picture 11 shows 16 stems of green flowers with 5 flowers per stem. Picture 12 shows 12 stems of pink flowers with 5 flowers per stem.
