Vintage Late 1940s-Early 1950s PARTY DOLL DRESS , Beautiful & SOooooo Girly, Sheer Cream Chiffon-Organdy Type Fabric is FLOCKED with All-Over Wedgwood Blue & Ivory Flowers & Muted Sage Leaves. VERY Full and Flouncy Skirt which is pleated below the waistline. Cream Rayon Satin Ribbon is Ultra-Long to Wrap twice around the Empire Waistline. Rear Metal Zipper, The little eye hook at the rear upper neck has gone missing. This Dress has two underskirts, a Cream Rayon as well as ...a Very Fine Mesh Ruffled Hem Tulle crinoline. Very Good Wearable Condition, small yellowed faint spot at the edge of neckline as shown, and a few seams that need re-stitched at the seams of the tulle crinoline at the ruffle (see pic), as well as a couple of tiny holes in the tulle.
