You are bidding on a STUNNING Extremely Rare Original French Marble Based Table Lamp with a Green tinted Bronze Stylised Rabbit figure designed by the iconic sculpture of the turn of the century - Hippolyte Moreau - sat on it!
This beauty measures approx 5" in height, and 8 1/4" in length and oozes Deco charm with the lovely little rabbit resting on the marble top! The pretty floral painted globe shade sits on a gold painted clip cup over a pigmy bayonet bulb holder.
PLEASE NOTE - IT IS SOLD UNTESTED WITH VINTAGE FRENCH WIRING - IT WILL REQUIRE REWIRING BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN BEFORE USE IN YOUR COUNTRY.
It is in good vintage condition - The marble base has a slim crack in it (as these things often do- check out the photo that shows this), the gilding is a little faded in places on the globe and there are a couple of marks on the top of the globe. All this is noted for eBay accuracy as it is a BRILLIANT and RARE find!
