Powers up and works but I don't know the password so I am currently locked out. It will need to be reset. I do not know the exact specifications so please refer to t...he model number. No keyboard of mouse. It is in decent shape but it is a little yellowed from the sun. Expect a few small marks here and there and some small scuffs on the screen.
