I have up for auction a Vintage 1950's Aurora .049 Ga Powered Cessna L-19 Bird Dog Recon Airplane. It is a clean plane, no damage from flight, or hard landings. Clean finish on both fuselage, and wings, decals have some fading. There is a wear mark/indentation on rear lower fuselage (see pics), this is where the plane has been mounted for years in its shipping. I have disassembled engine and clean all components, engine rotates properly, and glow plug does have continunity (tested on O...HM meter). It comes with original instructions, which are very fragile, a empty can of Thimble Drome fuel, (2) aurora wrenches, tether line, new on dispenser, tether handle, glow plug battery connector, and fuel pump, condition unknown/untested. It comes in original box, which is in poor condition (see pics). I suggest using the mouse zoom view to examine condition up close.
