At auction is a gorgeous rare vintage Jean Tag porcelain brown & white dining set including 8 dinner plates, and 8 salad plates for a total of 16 plates. - Miniature Dollhouse -1:12 scale Jean Tag is a long retired miniature artisan who created this assortment of delicately painted porcelain plates for the dining table many decades ago. They are in perfect condition as they have been in dark safe storage for decades. If you are an avid collector of her fine work..., which has become increasingly more difficult to find with the passage of time, then this auction might be meant for you. Her delicate hand may be seen in the fine detailed workmanship on the floral pattern and border on these plates. Selected edges and knobs are anointed with gold trim. In this auction you are bidding only on the 16 porcelain plates, however the glasses (with the initial "R") are available at another of my auctions if they have not yet sold. Please use the penny to get a strong sense of scale. They are signed on the bottom "JTag" and your purchase will include the original box from Elmer and Jean Tag.
