Space Invaders is a 1978 arcade game created by Tomohiro Nishikado. It was manufactured and sold by Taito in Japan, and licensed in the United States by the Midway division of Bally. Within the shooter genre, Space Invaders was the first fixed shooter and set the template for the shoot 'em up genre. Either way, you should be able to find an option close to home.It's certainly worth hunting down one of these locations for a bit of retro action. There's nothing quite like the experience of arcade Games. That was true back then, and remains true to this day. Hard to find. Original. This is a rare game and fun too play, you can have two players at once. Sold as is. The game when plugged in, sometimes will work and other times won’t. This game was family purchased and has always been in the family, some reason it just started not working. It shows the game board, then ‘blinks’ or gets blurry. Sometimes it will play. Sometimes it won’t. If you know arcade games you know what this means. Could be something as simple as tweaking the circuits, changing a bulb, I’m just not sure and I’m cleaning out my house. This is all original. Same family for 41 years. So it may just need a tweaking. It would be nice if you could service this machine, that would probably help. As is. Great for replacement parts or to have professionally repaired. No reserve. Ask of any questions.
