This is a lovely 2-tiered orcelien Desert Stand, hand made by renowned artisan Jo Parker. She delicately painted pink dogwood-like flowers and leaves along the edges of the china plates. Each is rimmed with a deep purple.
There is a bit of oxidation on the bottom of the piece, as noted in the photograph.
